God Bless New Dixie headed to Tryon Film Festival

Ferrari Thunderbird Taylor is out of rehab and she’s making her way to the Tryon International Film Festival! God Bless New Dixie, our feature film follow up to season one of The Girl from Carolina, will have its festival premiere at the festival in Tryon, NC over Columbus Day weekend.

The film will premiere either Saturday, Oct. 8 or Sunday, Oct. 9, (the full schedule has not been released yet) and you can buy your ticket to the fest either at the Tryon Fine Arts Center or online here.

We were thrilled to be among 35 films selected for the festival, alongside the likes of “American Epic,” a 3-part documentary about the American recording industry, soon to air on PBS. The documentary comes from producers Robert Redford, Jack White and T Bone Burnett.

If you haven’t seen God Bless New Dixie yet, this is a great chance to get a look at it before it goes up online! Especially our friends in Greenville, Tryon is just a quick drive up the road! We hope you’ll be able to make it out to watch the film and see the outcome of so many folks’ hard work (sweat, a little blood and undoubtedly a few tears went into this one).

In the meantime, you can get a sneak peek of Ferra’s upcoming adventure by watching the official God Bless New Dixie trailer below!
